Solomon came to the United States from Nigeria in 1982 as an international student to further his education in accounting. He worked as an inventory controller at Albert H Notini (company founded in 1890) in Massachusetts for 19 years. After so many years of living in New England with it's cold, winter weather he decided to relocate his family to Charlotte, NC. This is where he made his career change. He was on the path of going back to school to become a nurse and got his CNA licence. That's where he found his passion and has now been working as a caregiver for almost 15 years. He has worked in various retirement communities and private homes taking care of patients with dementia. Solomon loves taking care of his clients and meeting their needs with kindness and compassion!
