Heather has over 20 years of committed professional experience in the nursing and geriatric care fields. She has a Bachelors degree in Gerontology as well as a Bachelors in Nursing from The Ohio State University. She also has her Care Management Certification. She is a Care Manager in addition to being an RN and BSN. Heather has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Director of an assisted living community and Director of an Alzheimer's Care Center where her focus was maintaining her residents' independence and self worth. Heather is a Registered Nurse with expertise in the assessment and primary care of people with stroke and heart disease. She founded a professional elder care group where every member has the same passion to help older adults enabling easier referral options and better continuity of care for clients. Heather is an active volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association and belongs to several professional groups in the greater Charlotte area serving seniors. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and her passion continues to center around those with Alzheimer's, enriching their daily lives and creating meaning. Heather enjoys serving adults and seniors, where she is committed to compassionate care and aging in place.
Brian brings extensive experience in corporate recruiting, account management, technology, and human resources to Carepoint. He is committed to providing exceptional support to our clients, providing a family-oriented atmosphere for our employees with a focus on giving back to the communities in which we serve. He currently serves as Director of Operations with day-to-day accountability for all administrative functions on behalf of Carepoint.
Originally from Michigan, Donna has been in the Charlotte area for 14 years. She comes to Carepoint with a unique 15+ years background in healthcare, business development, and various management roles. Donna has a deep appreciation for how home health care can improve the quality of life for the senior population. Her compassion and commitment to our clients and caregivers makes her a valued asset to our company.
Joanna has been with Carepoint for over six years where she has served as both a Home Care Aide and, currently, our Human Resource Manager. In this role she supports all hiring efforts as they pertain to attracting and retaining the best home care talent in the Charlotte area. Joanna has accountability for ensuring we have the perfect Certified Nurse Aides to accommodate our clients so they can enjoy high quality, dependable services without interruption. Joanna's attention to detail and overall administrative skills coupled with her creativity and dedication, make her a tremendous asset to Carepoint and the many clients and families we serve on a daily basis.
Tina comes to us with years of experience in the healthcare industry where she did account management, scheduling as well as many administrative functions. She is originally from Virginia but has lived in Charlotte for more than 15 years. At Carepoint she serves as the liaison between clients and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and develop routines that enable smooth daily client visits. Tina also assists with transitioning new clients and their caregivers. Her mission at Carepoint is to provide the best quality care to her clients and their families.
After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Nursing in 1976, Sally began a dedicated nursing career that has reached multiple parts of the care provider field. She is the former owner of Frontline Geriatric Care Management, a Certified Senior Advisor, a member of the Aging Life Care Association and a former member of the National Private Duty Association, for which she served on the Standards and Ethics Committee. Sally was named one of Charlotte's "Top 25 Women in Business" and also one of the "Top 50 Most Influential Women" in the region.
Through her businesses, Sally has received the North Carolina's Family Business of the Year Award (bestowed by Wake Forest University), the Better Business Bureau Consumer Foundation's coveted Silver Torch Award honoring service excellence to the older adult community, and the prestigious North Carolina New Organizational Vision Award from the State of North Carolina and The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence. Prior to launching Frontline GCM, Sally, along with her husband Don co-founded Partners In Care of the Carolinas, a multi-year winner of Home Care Pulse's "Best of Home Care" award, and widely regarded as one of North Carolina's leading in-home caregiving companies. She is proud of her many years of service and leadership in the local, state and national senior care industry.

Stacy brings over eight years of varied experience in the Long Term Care industry. As a Charlotte native she is passionate about her home town and feels honored to serve her neighbors through her work. She began her career as a licensed recreational therapist and memory care coordinator serving individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Inspired by the potential to initiate change within the industry, Stacy earned her master's degree in healthcare administration and transitioned from wellness to administration. Now, as a Certified Care Manager for Carepoint, she utilizes her well-rounded experience to provide holistic and individualized approach to wellness for each of her clients. She considers herself a family coach and fosters a mindful and dignified living and aging experience for each of the families she serves.
Vivian came to Carepoint when she realized it was time for a career change in order to fulfill her need to help the elderly. Prior to that she spent twenty years in the hospitality industry, and then used her degree in Early Childhood Education to work in the public school system, as well as being a private nanny.
Vivian is enjoying her experiences in being a companion and caregiver with Carepoint clients and says she has "just always wanted to help people." God, family and nature fill her free time, as she enjoys Church, cooking, hiking and swimming
