Our offices

Families in the Charlotte region often live a two-state life, with kids in North Carolina and parents in South Carolina, or the other way around. Because CarePoint is licensed in both states, one team can care for your loved one wherever they call home.

Questions families ask

Locations FAQs

Does CarePoint serve both North Carolina and South Carolina?

Yes. CarePoint is licensed in both states. Our Charlotte office serves Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, and Rowan counties in North Carolina, and our Rock Hill office serves York, Lancaster, and Chester counties in South Carolina.

Which office should I call?

Either one. Call (980) 226-5516 and we'll connect you with the team closest to your loved one's home.

Can care continue if my parent moves across the state line?

Yes. Because CarePoint is licensed in both states, the same team can keep caring for your loved one if they move between North and South Carolina.

How does care get started?

It starts with a free in-home assessment, where we meet your loved one and build a care plan together. There are no minimum hours and no long-term contracts.
