Odette Green came to the United States in 1996 from Rwanda, and made her home in Sacramento, then moved with her husband and their twin son and daughter to Charlotte to be close to her husband's family. After a career in the hotel industry, Odette decided to become a CNA, because she loves helping people, especially the elderly and children. By working in the school system mornings, and doing home care in the afternoons, she fulfills both. Other loves include reading, hiking with her family, cooking, and eating in nice restaurants. Odette feels that working with seniors and the lessons she has learned from them, as well as the love she receives from both the clients and their families has made a lasting impact in her life.
