Your eyes can and will change over time, so just because you have prescription glasses, it does not mean they are still the best remedy.
Regular exercise is a great way to maintain your balance and coordination. Many people assume that once they start aging, the benefits of exercise stop applying. On the contrary, this could not be further from the truth. Exercise and fitness are extremely important for the elderly, specifically because it helps you to maintain the strength and balance necessary to avoid falling.
